You aren't to old for anything. Your top is weird length though, it looks odd. it needs to go to the top of your trousers or just to the bottom of your bikini top. It's a wee bit 90s gwen stefani as well.
Its supposed to go to my trousers but because of my hips, thats where it rides up to :( any suggestions on how to stop it from doing that? or do i need a bigger size?

You need a bigger size - boob + tall = size bigger for stretchy things, or you could attach a bit of black fishnet onto the bottom? it would blend in more then.
